On Wales Online you can use one, two or three 'SEARCH' terms to find products and services within Wales. To narrow down your search try typing in two or three fields together instead of just the one. When you are ready click on the 'SEARCH' button.

I need What: type in a service you require, whether you are looking for a hotel, restaurant, plumber, electrician, doctor or dentist, etc.
or Who: type in the actual name of the business you require, whether you are looking for The Hilton Hotel, Millennium Stadium, etc.
in Where: you can search by location by typing the town or city or by typing in the post code or district number.

[Q] I type in my search and I cannot find what I'm looking for, why?
[A] Wales Online have a dedicated team who are constantly updating information on popular local businesses. However, if you cannot find a service then please email us with the details and we will endeavour to locate and record your search terms for future reference.

[Q] How long do I have to wait for my search?
[A] It should only take a second or two to complete your search request. If it is taking much longer you probably either have a low connection speed or are experiencing computer problems.

[Q] Can I search for businesses outside Wales?
[A] At present no. Wales Online however, are to be joined by England Online, Scotland Online and Northern Ireland Online. We are also in the process of developing Ireland Online.
